Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders
Some products in our shop are available as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you purchase an item that is not currently in stock or is still in production or transit.

Payment & Charges
For pre-orders, the full order amount is charged immediately at checkout, unless a partial payment (deposit) is explicitly offered for the product.

If a deposit is offered, we securely store your payment method and charge the remaining balance only once the item is ready to ship. You will be notified via email before the final charge is made.

Your payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery
The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. This date is an approximate estimate and may change due to production or logistics delays.

If the estimated shipping date changes, we will notify you promptly via email.

Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items may be shipped in separate parcels.

Cancelling Your Pre-Order
You may cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time, as long as it has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., not prepared for shipment or handed over to the carrier). In this case, we will promptly refund any payments already made.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled (shipped), it can no longer be cancelled. After receiving the item, your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) or our return policy applies.

Modifying Your Pre-Order
Changes (e.g., size, color, shipping address) can only be made before the order has been prepared for shipment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to update your order.

Important Legal Information

Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU remains unaffected by these special terms. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies.

These pre-order terms supplement our General Terms & Conditions (GTC). If these pre-order terms contain specific rules that differ from the GTC, the pre-order terms shall take precedence.
